Pet Policy
Eden is a paradise for pets, too, with a large dog park, a pet wash station, and regular social events just for your four-legged friends. A refundable pet deposit applies: $300 for small pets under 25 lbs and $500 for large pets 25 lbs and over. Maximum three pets, please. Monthly fee is $25 per small pet and $35 per large pet. Irrespective of size, certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
